Governing Law

The User acknowledges that the Website is operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica and licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (licence ALSI-202508056-FI2), and that all activities conducted through the Website are subject to the regulatory framework of that licence. By accepting these Terms of Use, the User irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the User's use of the Website. The Operator reserves the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction in which the User resides or in which a breach of these Terms of Use has occurred. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of the Operator to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
